Add to the Beauty​

It began when my Syrian friend shared word from her sister back home: it was gone. There was nothing to go back "home" to.

My friend and her husband were already doing what they could, sending every spare dollar to the ones they loved the most in a land that could no longer hold them.

​

I made a painting, sold it and gave them the money. Because we are a family.

​

More creatives caught the spark and joined in. We've been advocating for projects we care about, locally and globally.
